LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. — When Rachel McCoy attended a listing appointment with a new client who was facing a serious health issue, she didn’t begin with paperwork. Instead, she asked if she could pray for him. “I know this is going to sound really odd,” she recalls telling him, “but before I even walked in the door, I felt like I needed to pray for you.” For McCoy, that moment was not about business. It was about people. That philosophy has guided her since she entered real estate in 2014.
