Fla.’s Housing Market Continues Recent Trends in Sept. and 3Q 2026
ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida’s housing market showed signs of stability in September and third quarter (3Q) 2026, with quarterly existing single-family home sales edging up 0.2% and condo-townhouse sales rising 3.1% year-over-year, according to Florida Realtors®’ latest housing data. Median sales prices remained relatively steady while inventory tightened compared to a year ago.
