Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders Through Mentorship
This year-long program, started more than a decade ago, pairs NAR Directors with mentors who have the knowledge and experience to empower their mentee to become successful, influential NAR Directors.
Through one-on-one mentorship, Directors are better prepared to represent Florida’s diverse membership with clarity and purpose. The program begins on January 1. The application window is October 15 to December 1 of the year prior.
