NAR Outlines Future Plans for Members

WASHINGTON — In a recent update to National Association of Realtors® members, CEO Nykia Wright outlined a strategic vision focused on rebuilding trust, enhancing member engagement and ensuring long-term organizational sustainability.

Addressing the 2025 Leadership Summit, Wright emphasized the importance of transparency, accountability and disciplined leadership in navigating the evolving real estate landscape. She highlighted NAR's commitment to listening to its members, fostering open dialogue and implementing changes that reflect the needs and expectations of the Realtor® community.

Wright said NAR plans to adapt its policies, strengthen engagement and maintain a responsive, collaborative approach to meet the changing demands of the industry. These efforts aim to keep the association a trusted resource for Realtors nationwide, she said.
