Fla. Home to 10% of NAR 30-Under-30 Finalists
NAR announced the names of the 50 finalists vying for its 2023 30-Under-30 class, and five are from Fla. Voting for a “Web Choice Winner” opens March 31.
ORLANDO, Fla. – Who are the rising stars in the real estate industry?
Narrowed down from a pool of 300 applicants, the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) announced its 50 finalists for Realtor® Magazine’s 2023 30-Under-30 class. NAR calls them “innovative, determined and selfless.”
In 2023, 10% – 5 of the 50 – hail from Florida.
From starting charities to overcoming cultural barriers, the finalists built businesses to serve clients while also improving the world around them. They’re strong real estate advocates, leaders in their local Realtor associations and champions of fair housing. Despite today’s challenges, they’re showing the next generation of homeowners how buying a property is possible.
Web Choice Award
The Web Choice Award focuses on the 50 finalists, but it’s a separate honor from the 30-Under-30 class. The winner secures the honor by getting the most online votes during a seven-day period that starts March 31 at noon Eastern Time.
The finalist who receives the most votes is guaranteed a spot in 2023’s 30-Under-30 class and will be named the Web Choice Award winner, which earns them special recognition in an online Realtor Magazine article.
Judges then select the other 29 honorees from the field of finalists.
